Just attended Tamarua beauty academy with my daughter for a mum /tween make up class. We had such a fun and interactive experience. Maggie is so talented and educated in all things beauty! I did my barbering course at Tamarua beauty academy. The course was fantastic and the team looked after us and provided all their knowledge. Maggie is the best, very welcoming and always with a smile on her face, she is always willing to help. I cannot recommend Tamarua Beauty Academy enough! I trained with Maggie in make up all the way back in 2018 and hair 2020/2021. I have a successful freelance business with returning clients. Still until this year (2025) do I get support from my trainers and encouragement! For me this is a vital role in my success (as I can often feel that I am not good enough) Their support gives me the will to continue in the field and so I continue to improve by practise. This has a business owner that cares, and this shows in everything, from the detailing in the course, the building which feels warm and is beautifully styled, to the great communication and not to mention the way i was taught! TBA is honestly the place to be n learn all the beauty skills. I did the make up n lash extensions course n I had the best time, Maggie was really good n helpful n taught me heaps of skills.
